Bakersfield's Straight-Talking Auto Repair Shop

A-1 Automotive has been fixing cars for Bakersfield drivers who want a straight answer and a fair price. Under new management, the shop runs on the same idea that earned it loyal customers in the first place: explain the problem in plain language, do the work right, and treat people with respect.

Whether you're in for a state smog check or a repair that's been nagging at you, our team walks through what's on the bill before you pay it. No pressure, no guessing games, just honest work from mechanics who know their way around your engine.

We've built our reputation one car at a time, and it shows in the way customers come back and send their friends our way.
